The Welshman can be thought of as a sleeping dragon, simply snoozing peacefully in the background until you fuck up and mess with him, resulting in awaking the sharp-tongued beast. He does have a bit of a temper if pushed far enough, but mostly he's as chill as they come.
Because the Germanic Anglo-Saxons invaded and pushed Celtics into a little corner of the island of Great Britain, subsequently conquering Wales in the Middle Ages and repressing their culture, Dylan now holds an unbreakable sense of national identity and a chip on his shoulder toward England. It is not as significant as it had once been, but don't you dare call a Welshman English unless you seek a strongly-worded declaration of your impending death.
He will sometimes refer to himself as British, but not ever English, so get that right. Or else....

"Oh thank the heavens and hell for safely delivering me to my dearest brother, Wales~ oh brother~ I have come with gifts! do you fancy cupcakes by any chance?" He held out the box of cupcakes.
He simply smiled at him in earnest. "You didn't have to, Artie, but thank you. I really appreciate it." He took the box in hand. "And that sounds quite lovely. When did you make these?" He inquired as he took one out to offer to the demon first.
"I live to make others feel happy! its my new purpose in life brother! please do take it all~ I decorated each one just for you!" He pointed to one that looks like a panda. "This is a dog! isn't it so cute?! its vanilla!" he places is hands on his cheeks and smiles with glee. "I learned how to decorate cupcakes from the internet, isn't the internet just wonderful!?" the cupcakes were a work in progress, but they could pass as cute.
"Oh, since when?" He asked curiously as he looked over the oddly panda-like cupcake trying to pass off as a dog with a crooked grin, knowing the other's effort was sweet but it didn't look at all like a dog. Not like he would say as much unless questioned directly. Instead, he just nodded in response to his exclamation and bit into one of the other cupcakes within the box, talking after he swallowed his first bite. "It definitely is. Were there any other things you learnt while perusing the internet that you wanted to show me?"
